- What is the status of my Columbia House Music Club membership?

You should have already received notice in your July mailing that the Columbia House Music Club closed its doors on September 1, 2005. Because you were such a valued member, we want to introduce you to BMG Music Service, where you can enjoy benefits similar to your Columbia House Music Club membership and more!
You should have received your first mailing from one of the BMG Music Service clubs. In this mailing we included a comprehensive membership guide, a reply card that includes important account information, a catalog highlighting your special sale offer and Featured Selection title, and new membership Terms and Conditions, all geared toward introducing you to BMG Music Service and its clubs.
As a BMG Music Service member you will no longer be obligated to purchase your Columbia House Music Club CD commitments.

- Your account number will be included in your first BMG Music Service mailing or you can find it in the MyAccount section of bmgmusic.com.

- Will I still receive catalogs? How often will I get a catalog?
- You will receive a BMG Music Service catalog highlighting your monthly Featured Selection title and special sale offer approximately every three weeks (about 21 times per year).

- I heard that BMG Music Service Music offers a "paperless club."
- BMG Music Service offers a "paperless club" option where Club communications are conveniently sent to you via email. If you choose an online membership you will receive all your club promotions by email, you can instantly accept or decline your Featured Selection and with BMG Music Service's Featured Selection reminder service you'll never miss a reply-by date! To sign up for this convenient service visit the Preferences area of the MyProfile page in MyAccount and choose "Email" under Mailing Preferences.

- I already have a BMG Music Service membership. Can I combine my BMG Music Service and Columbia House Music Club memberships?
- Not at this time. Each Columbia House Music Club membership in good standing has been converted to a new, equivalent BMG Music Service Club membership. In the future, you will have the opportunity to combine your memberships.

- I had multiple Columbia House Music Club memberships. Do I now have multiple BMG Music Service memberships?
- Yes, each Columbia House Music Club membership in good standing has become an equivalent BMG Music Service membership. In the future, you'll have the opportunity to combine your memberships.

- Is my listening preference the same?
- Your listening preference has been transitioned to the BMG Music Service listening preference most similar to your former Columbia House Music Club listening preference. This information is included in your first BMG Music Service mailing. You can change your listening preference at any time by either using your reply card or visiting the MyProfile page in MyAccount and updating your preferences.

- I was a member of Club Music Latina. What type of BMG Music Membership do I have now?
- If you were a member in good standing of Columbia House's Club Musica Latina, you are now a member of BMG Music Service's Latin music club, Ritmo y Passion.

- How will my personal information be secured at the BMG Music Service website?

- What is BMG Music Service's Return policy?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect selection, please let us know. Write us at: Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 1958, Indianapolis, IN 46291-0010 or contact us. You may return it at our expense. Once the selection is returned, at your choice, we will replace it at no charge, credit your account, or make a full refund if you have already paid for it. The amount of the credit or refund will include the price of the CD plus shipping and handling.
Damaged, defective or incorrect selections must be returned within 30 days. If you receive an unwanted Featured Selection, you may return it. If the package is unopened, simply write "Refused, Return to Sender" on the package and drop it in the mail. You will receive a full credit to your account for the price of the selection and shipping and handling or a refund. If the package is opened, please drop us a note or email us, and we will forward you a return shipping label if you wish.
You may return any other unopened CD within 30 days after you receive it and we will either credit your account or refund the price of the CD.
Returns of opened CDs that arrived back to us either without a note explaining that the CD is an unwanted Featured Selection, that it is damaged or defective, or that it is an incorrect selection will not be accepted.

- You can no longer access your Columbia House Music Club account online. If you have any questions about any outstanding Columbia House Music Club orders or billing issues, please contact Columbia House Music Club Customer Service at 1-800-562-4046.

- You can no longer access your Columbia House Music Club Wishlist online. If you have any questions about your former Columbia House Music Club account, please contact Columbia House Music Club Customer Service at 1-800-562-4046.

- How do I pay my outstanding Columbia House Music Club balance?

All outstanding balances must be paid directly to Columbia House Music Club. Please send your payment to the following address:

- Yes, any outstanding credits on your Columbia House Music Club account are being transferred to your new BMG Music Service account.

- I used a credit card for all purchases on my Columbia House Music Club account. Can I continue to use that credit card for purchases at BMG Music Service?

If you paid for your selections with a credit card at Columbia House Music Club, BMG Music Service will continue to bill that credit card for selections you purchase at BMG Music Service. The charge on the billing statement from your bank or credit card company will change to show that you are buying your music from BMG Music Service rather than Columbia House Music Club.

- BMG Music Service offers several payment options to choose from for members in good standing. Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order and you may change your payment method any time you wish.

- I ordered CDs from the Columbia House Music Club but have not received them yet. Will I still get them?
- We will do our best to fulfill all outstanding orders placed before August 22nd, 2005. If your order was cancelled you will be notified by the Columbia House Music Club.

- I placed a CD pre-order from the Columbia House Music Club? Will I receive it?
- Columbia House Music Club fulfilled pre-orders with a street release date of August 22nd, 2005 or earlier. All other pre-orders with street dates after August 22nd, 2005 were not fulfilled.

- What is the status of my Columbia House Music Club Bonus Points?

Your Bonus Points have been converted to BMG Music Service's Music Points. For example, if you earned enough Bonus Points for 4 Free CDs, you were given Music Points worth 4 Free CDs. Additionally, you were given 18 additional Music Points to redeem for 1 free CD of your choice (a shipping and handling charge will be added to each selection).
More information about your Bonus Point to Music Point conversion is included in your first BMG Music Service mailing.

- Will I still be able to redeem a Columbia House Music Gift Certificate?
- If you have a Columbia House Music Gift Certificate please visit http://gift4.columbiahouse.com/giftcentral/redeem.do to convert it to a BMG Music Service Gift Certificate of equal value.

- I have paper certificates for Free or sale CDs from Columbia House. Will I still be able to redeem them?

To redeem Columbia House Music Club paper certificates, just write your BMG Music Service account number in the designated area of the certificate and enter the BMG Music Service selection numbers (from your BMG Music Service catalog or bmgmusic.com) on the certificate. Then mail the certificate to the following address or return it with your reply card.

- I earned Sign Up a Friend Rewards at Columbia House Music Club. How can I redeem them?
- To redeem your Sign Up a Friend Rewards please contact BMG Music Service Customer Service at suaf@bmgmusicservice.com. Please email us and include your BMG Music Service account number, the number of Sign Up a Friend rewards you would like to redeem, and the BMG Music Service selection number, artist, and title for each CD you would like. BMG Music Service will validate your reward and ship your CDs.

- Will this change in the Music Club affect my Columbia House DVD Club membership?
- The Columbia House DVD Club will continue and this change will not affect your DVD membership. You can still use your current account number, username and password for your Columbia House DVD Club membership.
